The programme works best if you have some exposure to IT already (helpdesk, support, QA, sysadmin, or serious self-study) or the discipline to build from zero. Accelerator requires 25-30 hours per week, and Elite Shift can be up to 35-40 hours per week. Live sessions run in the evenings, so the programme is designed to fit alongside a full-time job — and we can adjust the pace based on your availability.

You work on genuinely live systems — servers, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, incidents — not sandboxed bootcamp exercises that get thrown away. We prepare you for entry-level roles such as Junior DevOps Engineer, Cloud Support Specialist, or Infrastructure Technician. Realistic UK starting salaries range from £32,000 to £48,000 depending on location and background — with a trajectory to £60,000+ within a few years, which is where DevOps really pays off.
