ShiftStack provides a 1:1 career transition programme for individuals seeking to enter the DevOps and CloudOps field. Our services include:

• Daily coaching sessions with industry veterans
• Access to ShiftStack Labs and learning materials
• Career development guidance and interview preparation
• Portfolio and personal branding support
• Job search strategy and placement support

3. Programme Tiers and Payments

Payment Terms

• Payments are due monthly or upfront for 3-month packages as selected
• All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes
• Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay
• Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled

Refund Policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment
• Refunds for 3-month upfront payments are prorated after 14 days
• No refunds after 30 days from initial payment

4. User Responsibilities

As a programme participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled coaching sessions or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Complete assigned tasks and exercises to the best of your ability
• Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
• Not share access credentials or course materials with third parties
• Provide accurate information during the application and enrolment process

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through ShiftStack, including but not limited to course materials, videos, documentation, and code examples, is the intellectual property of ShiftStack and its instructors.

• You may use materials for personal learning purposes only
• Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of materials is prohibited
• You retain ownership of your personal projects and portfolio work

6. Programme Duration and Completion

While we provide a structured 6-month programme framework:

• Actual completion time may vary based on individual pace and tier selected
• Support continues until you are job-ready (as defined by your mentor)
• Elite Shift tier includes 1-month post-hire support
• We do not guarantee job placement, but provide extensive job search support

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@shiftstack.dev. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in abusive or inappropriate behaviour
• Payment is not received within 7 days of the due date
• You share access credentials or materials with unauthorized parties

While we strive for excellence in our programme:

• We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or salary levels
• Job market conditions are beyond our control
• Individual results depend on effort, dedication, and market factors
• Starting salaries mentioned on our website are estimates based on market research

9. Limitation of Liability

ShiftStack and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Your use of ShiftStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with UK GDPR and data protection regulations. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Modifications to Terms
